Did you watch the Disney movie "Moana"?🌺🌴 Of course you did! Well, the "Way Finding" they did to discover the different Island Groups was part of the Migratory routes through the Pacific. When you traveled to these unknow and far off places, you Have To bring the essentials! PLANTS that gave you Food/Water/Shelter/Medicines and more! Just in case! We'll share "Hands-On" and do our best to engage your senses - Touch, Taste, Smell, Hear and See! Why were they brought and are they still used today? Cultural Importance? A great story/Mo'olelo and a small activity to take something home will complete your experience. Our Plants? KUKUI (Candle Nut Tree/Aleurites Moluccanus) and KI (Ti/Cordyline Fruticosa)
